This project was developed with a focus on space optimization and on enhancing the value of the studio apartment, considering the client’s intention to rent the property.

The proposal aimed to create a functional, welcoming, and versatile environment, suitable for different user profiles and capable of maximizing the property's market appeal.

The design adopts a contemporary aesthetic, with a predominance of neutral tones and timeless materials, allowing easy adaptation to various styles and preferences.

The layout solution prioritizes multifunctionality through the integration of custom-designed furniture and built-in equipment, including a retractable queen-size bed combined with a sofa, overhead kitchen cabinets, an under-counter dishwasher, a laundry tower with washer-dryer unit and pull-out laundry drawer, a multifunctional storage cabinet behind the door for pantry and cleaning supplies, a fixed workstation, a two-burner induction cooktop, and a waste bin integrated into the cabinetry.
